d789 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and d789 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Access to and use of d789 — including the website at d789.win, the mobile app, and all associated gaming, betting and payment services — is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms.

By clicking "Register", logging in, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on d789, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms. 3 Account Registration

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering. Failure to supply accurate information or requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Security

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact d789 support immediately. d789 is not responsible for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials or from your failure to keep them secure.

Account Closure

You may request to close your d789 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds are assessed. Accounts cannot be reopened if they were closed due to a breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

d789 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. Deposits are credited to your account promptly — JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast transfers typically reflect in real time.

Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the deposit section of your d789 account. These minimums may be updated from time to time and the current figures shown inside the platform take precedence.

Your Own Funds

All deposits must come from a payment method held in your own name. d789 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits into your account from a third party, is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

No Money Laundering

d789 operates a zero-tolerance policy on money laundering and financial fraud. Any account suspected of involvement in suspicious financial activity will be suspended immediately pending investigation. We reserve the right to withhold funds and report activity to relevant authorities where required.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to your verified payment method. d789 processes the majority of withdrawals on the same day they are requested. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically among the fastest, often completing within minutes during active hours. Bank transfers and Raast payments generally settle within the same business day.

Verification Requirement

A one-time identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. This involves confirming your identity with valid documentation. Once verified, you can initiate withdrawals at any time without repeating the process, unless d789 requests a re-verification for security reasons.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been used for a deposit on your account and is registered in your own name. d789 does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are shown inside your account dashboard.

Bonus Wagering Before Withdrawal

If your account balance includes funds received as a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be completed before those bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Real-money deposited funds that are separate from bonus balances are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification being complete.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The d789 sportsbook covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODIs and Tests — as well as football, esports and other sports markets. All bets are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel a bet after it has been placed and accepted by d789.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. d789 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum valid play period defined for that market, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules per sport and market type are shown in the sportsbook.
• PSL matches that are shortened due to weather or other interruptions are settled in line with DLS method outcomes where applicable, or voided where no official result is declared.
• Obvious errors in odds — including manifest pricing mistakes — will not be honoured. d789 reserves the right to void and refund bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. Limits are shown in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Parlay and accumulator bets require all legs to be settled for the bet to pay out. Any voided leg reduces the accumulator in line with standard rules.

d789 reserves the right to limit, restrict or refuse bets from any account at its discretion, particularly where patterns of arbitrage, bonus abuse or irregular wagering are identified.

7 Live Casino & Fish Games

Game Rules & RTP

Technical Failures

Game Integrity

8 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each offer. Not all bonuses are available to all players.
• Each welcome bonus or sign-up promotion is available once per player, per household and per payment method. Claiming a welcome bonus using multiple accounts is bonus abuse and will result in account closure.

• Providing false identity information or documentation at any stage of the verification process.

Where d789 identifies conduct that breaches these rules, we reserve the right to void all associated bets, close the account, withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation, and take further action where appropriate.
